JASON GARCILLE
President & Owner

Jason Garcille has always been drawn to the challenge of building—both structures and strong relationships. A Lake Charles native, he graduated from Barbe High School before earning his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Louisiana State University. His passion for creating seamless, high-quality construction solutions was gained while working for a premiere oncology consulting firm in southeast Louisiana as the Director of Operations and Business Development and more recently as the Managing Partner of Development and Construction of a premiere national real estate developer.

Jason’s expertise lies in his ability to effectively manage all phases of construction projects, as well as supervise and direct the talented team of professionals working at SITI Construction. For Jason, the most rewarding part of construction is seeing a project come to life and knowing that it delivers exactly what the client envisioned. His commitment to quality and efficiency ensures that with SITI Construction, every build is more than just a structure—it’s a lasting success for those who depend on it.

In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family; wife Jennifer and their three children Jack (16), Emily (14) and Louis (11), flying planes, hunting, cooking and cheering on the Saint Louis Catholic Saints, McNeese Cowboys and LSU Tigers.

Jason serves the community as a member of the Saint Louis Catholic High School Building Committee, the Building Committee for Saint Martin De Porres Catholic Church, and the Board of Directors for the Graywood HOA.

JASON STEELE
Senior Project Manager

From operating heavy equipment to leading complex projects, Jason has worked his way up in the construction industry with dedication and hands-on experience. His passion for the job comes from seeing a project take shape and knowing that the work delivers real results for clients.

Beyond his technical expertise, Jason values the relationships he builds along the way, both with his team and with the companies SITI partners with. Meeting new people and creating long-lasting partnerships are what make his role so rewarding.

When he’s not on-site, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife Lula Belle and raising their two children Bailey and Tobie. Jason is also an avid outdoorsman.

AARON BROWN
Senior Project Manager

With a career that started in homebuilding and evolved into large-scale commercial construction, Aaron brings a deep appreciation for building from the ground up—both literally and in terms of relationships.

He began as a Superintendent Trainee at Lennar Homes, where he quickly realized his passion for watching projects take shape from dirt to completion. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in residential and commercial construction, serving as a Superintendent at Reeves Development and Project Manager at Walnut Grove Development before joining SITI Construction.

One of his proudest accomplishments at SITI Construction was being recognized for building the 19,000th Dollar General store, a milestone that reflects his attention to detail, strong job organization, and ability to cultivate long-term partnerships with subcontractors across the country.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, Somer Brown, and their two daughters, Aly (14) and Maggie (12).

SITI Construction is where she found her true passion.

But for her, the most fulfilling part of her career as CFO at SITI Construction isn’t just about numbers; it’s about the people she’s met and the connections she’s built along the way.

Outside of work, Madalyn is preparing for an exciting new chapter—her upcoming wedding! She and her fiancé Collin share a love for the outdoors and spending time with their golden retriever, Scout, who keeps them on their toes with endless energy and enthusiasm.
